Article 1 - Parties and Subject
This agreement is a distance service sales contract between Stonepark Travel Agency and the customer who makes a reservation through the website.

Article 2 - Payment Terms
30% of the reservation fee is collected in advance. The remaining 70% is paid at the hotel.

Article 3 - General Conditions
The terms of this agreement become valid from the date of reservation confirmation. The customer is deemed to have accepted these conditions upon completion of the reservation.

Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal
In service contracts, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 3 days before the commencement of the service. The right of withdrawal does not apply to early bookings and special periods.

Article 5 - Cancellation and Change
Please review the "Delivery and Refund Conditions" page for cancellation conditions. Reservation changes are made subject to availability.

Article 6 - Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, epidemics, war, or similar force majeure events, both parties are exempt from liability.

Article 7 - Confidentiality
The parties are obligated to keep confidential the personal and commercial information they obtain under this agreement.

Article 8 - Payment Information
Credit card payments are processed securely using the 3D Secure infrastructure. Card information is not stored by us.

Article 9 - Authorized Court
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ürgüp shall have jurisdiction.
