Located inside the Sultan Cave Suites, Seten Restaurant is serving since May 2010. As one of the well known restaurants in Goreme area Seten offers both indoor and outdoor sitting areas.

The restaurant offers local dishes made fresh and daily in a traditional way. Seten’s menü offers; appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts from across Cappadocia.

Every day local women of Goreme is preparing local dishes such as Yaprak Sarma (stuffed grape leaves), Çiçek dolması (stuffed pumpkin blossoms), flat bread, soups, baked okra – all in the restaurant courtyard over an open fire, tandir or on traditional low wooden tables.
